Meet Dr. Tamara Haskins

I’m a Natural Health Doctor with years of experience helping women grow fuller, rounder, more lifted glutes through smart, targeted training. Since 2008, I’ve studied glute development, coached countless clients, and created proven routines that activate, isolate, and build real muscle, not fluff.

My philosophy is simple: it’s the glute muscle that makes the butt bigger. Every woman’s body is different, so I customize each program around your shape, your goals, and what your body responds to. My sessions blend activation, strength training, natural wellness, and personalized routines to help you grow, lift, and shape your curves safely and effectively.
